Amazing Race
The Amazing Race adapted from reality TV, is available for
your teambuilding development through the integration of
communication skills, planning, strategy, teamwork and a
race against the clock.
Teams come together to collaborate – reach shared goals or tasks. This Race allows your group to develop as a team with a high degree of interdependence geared towards achieving the goal or completing the task.
Outcomes
Participants will
• understand how to overcome barriers/obstacles to attain/achieve their goals
• gain better co-operation, communication skills while building trust amongst teammates in all aspects of tasks and overall goal
• develop interdependence through coaching, leading and learning from other team members
• recognize the importance of flexibility in execution of strategic plans
• be trained to perform under pressure
